According to the City Clerks Office in Franklin and the Heard Citizen commenter’s, Burrito Express has closed. They finally opened in March after an extended time getting the place ready. I find it very sad that it closed so quickly. The Carrollton location on Maple Street closed before the Franklin location even opened. There is a new Mexican Restaurant coming to the former Captain Billy’s Seafood.
