Blair and James Watkins established the Wicked Fragrance Company out of their home in Carrollton, Georgia, in January 2020. After a promising start for their business, Covid–19 swept through the country, and everyone went into lock-down mode, thus crippling the fledgling enterprise.
While waiting for the markets around them to open up again, the industrious couple were busy creating a new product for their customer base to love. After the slump in the economy Blair and James were looking for an opportunity to grow their customer base by spreading the word about these “wickedly awesome” candles.
At Wicked Fragrance Co. they use a blended soy/paraffin wax in all of their wax goods, which allows them to achieve a “scent throw” resembling the candles in the big box stores – which far outweighs the scent throw 100% over soy candles, while also greatly reducing air pollutants.
At Wicked Fragrance the Watkins’ price their goods in line with the sale price of the big box stores, so customers can get reduced prices and superior products year round from Wicked Fragrance Company right in their own neighborhood.
