A new hotel has been proposed to the City along Newnan Crossing Bypass near Ashely Park. A proposal is currently under review by the City of Newnan for Candlewood Suites to be constructed at 700 Newnan Crossing Bypass.
Candlewood Suites is a hotel chain owned by InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG).
“It’s been proposed at the location, and I think we will continue to see interests from hotel chains in the Ashley Park Corridor,” said Assistant City Manager Hasco Craver.
