La Pareja Mexican Restaurant off Highway 27 north of the city should be reopening sometime later this year. We spoke with their other location in Waverly Hall, GA and they are unsure about an exact reopening date. A sign on the door reads, Open Soon, Reconstructing Kitchen. La Pareja opened in Carrollton this past winter but closed shortly thereafter. The Waverly Hall location is location off Highway 85 just south of Manchester, GA.
