Mrs. Kimberly Thomas was chosen as the West Georgia Youth Science & Technology Centers Teacher of the Year for 2017. Mrs. Thomas is a fourth grade science teacher at Sand Hill Elementary.
The GYSTC program supports and recognizes science and technology education efforts in the West Georgia area. Mrs. Cathy Fontenot, West GYSTC Coordinator, presented Mrs. Thomas with a certificate and a gift.
