We received a tip recently that activity had been spotted at the former Da Spot location on Maple Street. The property’s leasing agent Dermo Realty informed us that while the space has not been leased yet, it is undergoing some small renovations to make the space more attractive to lease. If the space between Subway and Dollar General were to lease at anytime, we will certainly let you know.
