(Carrollton, Ga. – January 15, 2016) Aracely Hidalgo was the winner of the Carroll County Schools’ Spelling Bee Mascot Competition. Aracely is a seventh grader at Bay Springs Middle School and her art teacher is Ms. Darlene Stobaugh. Aracely’s artwork will be featured as the new Carroll County Schools’ Spelling Bee Mascot beginning with the annual Spelling Bee in February, 2016.
