El Rincon Mexicano Restaurant opened earlier this month in the former Greek Corner space at 1027 Maple Street. They feature breakfast items, soups, appetizers, salads, tacos, and sandwiches. One of the soups really stood out to us, Pozole, which features Pork, radishes, cauliflower, onion, serrano pepper, avocado, and oregano is $7.99. Another item on the menu such as a Roast Beef Entree features ripened banana with cream cheese, guacamole, and black beans. El Rincon is bring a totally different taste in the form of Mexican to Carrollton.
