(Carrollton, Ga. November 30, 2015) Temple Middle School attended the onsite community service project at the 33rd Annual Georgia Junior Beta Convention in Macon, GA. Junior Betas donated supplies and assembled dozens of bags of toiletries and essentials for the homeless, created colorful placemats for the Thanksgiving dinners of various senior centers, wrote letters to troops, wrote notes of encouragement for elementary students, and donated 18 pounds of drink tabs for the AFLAC wing at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. The project was coordinated by Ms. Liz Banks of Temple Middle School.
