Spoke to the developer of Fischer Crossing yesterday by phone. He tells us that someone paid cash for the entire property and they are now clearing the land as you have noticed. Right now many potential retailers and restaurants are looking at the area. However nothing is confirmed at this time. We will receive super quick updates about this project!
