A massive hotel project is currently in the works for Carrollton. This project will include a Courtyard by Marriott hotel at the corner of N Cliff Street and Johnson Street, behind the Cultural Arts Center. The planning process has been going on for months and details have only recently come to light. The development team from Marriott has been seen around the area over the past few weeks. The Carrollton Menu is happy to report the project was approved by the Carrollton planning commission. The project will be called Carrollton Cultural Arts and Convention Center. The convention center will be attached to the hotel. The hotel will be 4 stories. Construction by RA-Lin.
