Now this is a smart move for the college area. Waffle House officials have confirmed they have been in talks with the property management of the former Arby’s off Maple Street. Several managers at area Waffle House’s have also confirmed this. The Carrollton Menu received word from an official with Carroll County that Waffle House is expected to go through with a new location on Maple Street. More details soon.
