Newnan’s Ashley Park is very close to signing a deal with Ann Taylor’s Loft. Rumblings have crossed The Carrollton Menu tiplines and so we made a few phone calls and found out the information. We do not have any additional details on the construction of LOFT or when papers will be signed. Once these are made available to us we will let you know. This is very good news for Ashley Park. Other national retailers are beginning to look around now that the ecomony seems to be getting better. We have more great news for Ashley Park soon.
